About The Position

Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! They also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks. The company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA. Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors
• 0-3 years of relevant experience minimum
• 3D CAD modelling. Solidworks preferred.
• Familiarity with various tools such as Tolerance Stackups, DFMEA’s, etc.
• Maintain a positive work attitude.
• Zero Zone expects all employees to behave and communicate in a manner which will facilitate good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisor.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with other departments to coordinate release of standard and non-standard product through production
• Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
• Create/Assist in coordinating and maintaining BOM structures, Routings and Programming
• Answer questions on replacement parts, design changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
