Haleon•Town of Durham, NY
•$20 - $30•Onsite

About The Position

Join Haleon as an Engineering Co-op and gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering projects at the Oak Hill site. The posting includes two opportunities in a production environment: Capital Projects Engineering and Reliability & Energy Engineering. Depending on the assignment, the co-op may support capital investment projects focused on process and equipment improvements, or reliability and energy initiatives focused on equipment performance, maintenance practices, safety, and operational efficiency. Co-ops work alongside experienced engineers, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that affect the site. The Capital Projects Engineering Co-op supports capital investment projects and engineering improvements. The Reliability & Energy Engineering Co-op supports equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency initiatives. Both opportunities may involve leading small projects with guidance from experienced mentors, using Excel and Power BI to analyze operational data, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and preparing project documentation or engineering reports. This is a six-month, full-time co-op beginning in January 2027. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Oak Hill manufacturing site, with onsite work required five days per week. Candidates are responsible for arranging and funding their own housing, transportation, and relocation needs if relocation is required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require future sponsorship. Hourly compensation depends on academic standing and degree program: freshman, $20.00; sophomore, $22.50; junior, $24.50; senior, $26.00; master's student (non-engineering), $28.00; and master's student (engineering), $30.00.
