Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong SAP experience, with emphasis on EWM and inventory-related transactions
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated root cause analysis capability, high attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve common goals
  • Ability to support and drive process changes with new product launches, line balancing, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience in related roles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with 3PL providers

Responsibilities

  • Become Subject Matter Expert in SAP EWM; support system configuration, testing, and front-end development activities required for launch
  • Support definition and setup of inventory control processes, cycle count strategies, and reconciliation methods
  • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to support material master creation, BOM accuracy, and engineering change readiness
  • Assist in developing materials-related KPIs, reporting structures, and standard work
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure materials, data, and systems are production-ready with respect to accuracy, training, and governance
