The Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between the customer and Android/Avancez on all engineering changes. This role involves maintaining accurate records of changes and 'break points', coordinating with the Android/Avancez PC/L Team regarding material availability, and working towards the disposition of obsolete material upon completion of a change. The coordinator will establish 'break points' based on material availability and obsolete costs, lead regularly scheduled Engineering Change meetings, and update tooling and engineering documents as requested. Additionally, the role involves developing reports for tracking and communicating changes, maintaining strong relationships with Android customers and suppliers for accurate data transfers, supporting launch activities by arranging and assisting with preproduction builds, creating supporting documentation for these activities, and ordering parts and tooling as needed. The position may require support for all shifts and includes other assigned duties.
