About The Position

The Engineering Change Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for reading product datasheets, identifying manufacturer part numbers, creating descriptions and Part Numbers, creating Bills of Materials, and executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) in the Agile PLM system. This role involves conducting change impact analysis and Root Cause Analysis for misses, while working towards meeting SLAs and KPIs. The position is located in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite per week. TX residents will have a work schedule to cover office hours in PST time.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Engineering Change Management
Minimum of 3 years of experience using Oracle Agile PLM or any other equivalent PLM tool
Ability to read Engineering Drawings/Spec Sheets to create part descriptions and identify manufacturing part numbers
Worked with Bill of Materials, ECR, ECN, ECO, MCO

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering
Experience working in Hi-Tech Industries
Experience of working with Contract Manufacturers/Servers and Networking Equipment/Component Engineering
Exposure to Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Functions
