The Engineering Business Operations Quality and Lean Leader is responsible for integrating Gas Power Engineering with the Global Services Business Line value stream, ensuring Engineering execution, operational priorities, and improvement initiatives are fully aligned to deliver performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This leader partners closely with Business Line leadership, Engineering functional teams, and embedded Lean and Quality organizations to align priorities, remove barriers, and accelerate execution across the value stream. The role ensures Engineering activities are effectively integrated within the broader Win, Design, Buy, Build, and Execute workstream. The leader also drives deployment of GE Vernova’s Lean Operating Method, including MOR, Hoshin Kanri, Daily Management, Lean roadmaps, and Kaizen, strengthening operational rigor, performance transparency, and structured problem solving across Engineering organizations supporting the value stream. Serving as the single integration point for Engineering performance and improvement initiatives, this role connects strategy to execution and ensures improvement efforts are prioritized, coordinated, and sustained across the enterprise.
