Role Overview We’re looking for an early-career, engineering-minded operator to serve as a bridge between our front-office teams and our technical systems. This role is designed for someone who thrives on understanding how work actually gets done and enjoys translating real-world business needs into structured, scalable solutions. In the first phase, you’ll embed directly with our Account Management team, shadowing calls, observing workflows, and building a deep understanding of how we operate and where inefficiencies exist. From there, you’ll translate those insights into clear requirements and specifications that enable our engineering team to build impactful automation and tools. This is not a coding role or a client-facing account management position. It is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of business and technology, acting as the connective tissue that turns complexity into clarity and ideas into execution.
