Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement of materials and tools to ensure projects are adequately supported and efficiently managed. Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability, product quality, and waste reduction across engineering operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments and leadership teams to align engineering objectives with broader organizational goals and maintain effective communication across teams.
