Thales requires an Engineering Application Support Specialist to provide technical support related to Engineering applications and the environment they are hosted in, from an infrastructure, installation/configuration, customization, and administrative user support role. Responsible for maintenance of the environment (i.e. hardware upgrades, server patches, application updates/upgrades), responding to configuration and customization needs of the engineering users, and providing administrative functions and end user support to the engineering community. This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and/or the US the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for such access.
