About The Position

This is a 24-month Engineering and Technology Graduate Program located in Indianapolis, IN. Rolls-Royce is seeking individuals to join their Emerging Talent program, offering the opportunity to work on world-class solutions within a supportive culture that values individuality and diverse perspectives. The program aims to provide participants with invaluable insight into the company's work and help them discover their career path. Participants will join the Engineering, Technology and Safety organization (ETS) and complete rotational placements across the engineering lifecycle, building capabilities in areas such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials, and development. These rotations can be within central ETS teams or within the Civil Aerospace, Defence, or Power Systems divisions, providing broad experience and networking opportunities within Rolls-Royce.

Requirements

Working towards a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree.
Graduation date December 2026 or May 2027.
A strong passion for the future of technology.
Ability to work flexibly, which could include travel between Rolls-Royce sites and other locations as required.
Being open-minded, curious, and agile in your approach to work and career development.
Minimum GPA: 3.0.
Work authorization eligibility: U.S. Citizen.
