Engineer
About The Position
As an Engineer on Hilton’s Hotels team, you help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while contributing to memorable guest experiences. The role covers guest rooms and condominiums, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. You respond to guest service requests and team member work orders, perform a range of repairs and maintenance, conduct preventive inspections, and document completed work and issues needing further attention. Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms and condominiums, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Quickly respond to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
- Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
