About The Position
The Engineer helps maintain a safe, high-quality hotel experience that supports guest satisfaction. The role requires curiosity about how things work and should look and feel, along with the ability to identify, correct, and anticipate preventative maintenance needs to protect the hotel and keep operations running smoothly. The Engineer is expected to be a collaborative team player who takes initiative to get the work done. The Adolphus is a 407-room downtown hotel offering hospitality, food and drink, and guest experiences in a reimagined grand European home setting.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of the property.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests as assigned.
- Maintain and manage the work order system in a timely manner.
- Make minor repairs.
- Maintain and care for equipment.
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities.
