About The Position

Rima Manufacturing is looking to add one more Engineer to our team. We’ve recently added some great new engineering talent, and for this remaining position, we’re specifically looking for an Industrial or Mechanical Engineer with prior hands-on manufacturing experience who can bring practical knowledge to our growing team. This is NOT a desk-only engineering position. You’ll have a desk, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of time on the shop floor working directly with production, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and helping turn ideas into results. Our engineers work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, customers, and other departments on process improvements, new projects, cost reductions, quality issues, machine and tooling improvements, and more. If you’re an engineer who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, working directly with manufacturing equipment and processes, and solving real-world production problems, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering background preferred
Previous manufacturing/production experience required
Strong hands-on problem-solving and communication skills
