About The Position
A Quality Engineer provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples. This role involves assisting with the maintenance of the Quality System, supporting the Quality Manager & Supervisor in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system. The engineer will interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure new products are transferred to Production in accordance with approved data and support Quality Inspectors to ensure products and processes comply with relevant quality management system requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing failures, corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints, creating and maintaining quality documentation, and continuously improving QA receiving inspection processes. The role also involves ensuring timely resolution of supplier failures, corrective actions, and preventive actions, preparing QA reports, and driving continual improvement activities like 5S and Kaizen lean methods. Additionally, the engineer will develop training to build quality awareness, conduct audits, and manage receiving/outgoing quality functions and supplier performance.
Requirements
- ISO Auditor.
- Mid-Level Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Computer knowledge, functionality, technical interaction of sub-assemblies.
- English as either primary or secondary language.
- Organization and Prioritization - This job requires the ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete your work.

Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance of the Quality System.
- Assist Quality Manager & Supervisor in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to internal/external customer complaints.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Preparation of QA weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
- Manage suppliers performance and conduct audits.
