This role is for a graduate engineer, physicist, or computer scientist looking for opportunities to contribute to defending the United States, its armed forces, and allies from air and missile threats. The successful candidate will join the Weapon Control Concepts Development Group, specializing in advanced research and rapid prototype developments for program of record activities. The role includes conducting modeling and simulation analysis, identifying defensive systems gaps, and developing new system concepts to enhance defensive capabilities. This involves applying knowledge of mathematics, engineering, computer science, and physics to implement distributed algorithms, AI/ML techniques, object tracking and discrimination, and data fusion concepts for U.S. Navy, Missile Defense, and Air Force systems.
