Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering

Schneider Electric•UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE

About The Position

Join Schneider Electric’s manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to production efficiency, equipment reliability, process optimization, and continuous improvement. The role designs manufacturing systems and layouts, implements preventive maintenance, analyzes production and equipment performance, supports product quality, and leads operational engineering activities. It also supports new product introductions, product transfers, capital investments, and collaboration across engineering, quality, testing, manufacturing, applications, customers, partners, and suppliers. The position develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, routings, work instructions, procedures, bills of material, and engineering drawings. It applies lean manufacturing practices—including standard work, line balancing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, kanban, and TPM—and supports equipment and process improvements, cost reductions, employee training, and a safe work environment. The expected U.S. pay range is USD 86,400–129,600 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. The position is full-time and will be posted until filled.
