About The Position

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for an Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (AIM) solutions. This individual will be responsible for delivering identity-focused projects, assessments, and operational improvements while supporting senior engineers and architects on larger engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for learning, and a customer-first mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to implement, support, and optimize identity solutions that improve security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with experience supporting identity and access management technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  • Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity-related technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service and consultative skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Okta or other enterprise identity platforms preferred.
  • Experience with PowerShell or other automation technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support identity and access management solutions for customer environments.
  • Independently deliver smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation engagements.
  • Support medium and large projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Architects.
  • Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.
  • Conduct identity assessments and health checks.
  • Document findings and recommendations.
  • Assist with remediation planning and implementation activities.
  • Configure and deploy identity solutions.
  • Perform migrations, upgrades, and tenant integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Support testing, validation, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and customer deliverables.
  • Ensure project activities and outcomes are accurately documented.
  • Pursue ongoing training and certification opportunities.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.
