About The Position
This position is for a site/civil engineer who is interested in both land development and dry utility design work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- 0-2 years’ experience in civil engineering land development design; experience preparing storm drainage; storm water management plans; and erosion and sediment control plans
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Microstation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Directing work to Designers and Engineers in the preparation of civil engineering plans and construction documents
- Design of storm water management facilities, storm drain, paving, water, sewer and sediment control plans
- Assisting with dry utility design associated with site utility electric, natural gas, and telecommunication services
