About The Position

Celestica’s 36-month Engineering Graduate Development Program is designed for engineering graduates aspiring to become engineering leaders. The program provides hands-on experience, exposure to senior leaders, business and organizational breadth, and leadership development. Participants receive support from a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor, and take part in professional development programs and networking events. After the rotations, participants continue their careers in areas where their capabilities and career interests can have organizational impact.
