About The Position

Celestica’s Engineering Graduate Development Program (EGDP) is a 36-month program for engineering graduates aspiring to become engineering leaders. Participants complete three rotations in areas related to their core engineering discipline, Support Engineering—including Manufacturing, Quality, Product Assurance, and Organizational Excellence—and Program Management. The program provides exposure to senior leaders, business experience, organizational breadth, leadership development, professional development programs, and networking events. Participants receive support from a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor. After completing the rotations, participants continue their careers in areas where their capabilities and interests can have organizational impact. The Electrical Engineering role is within the design and development group and is mentored by a senior engineer. The work includes feasibility analysis, hardware architecture, designs and schematics for new products, and assistance with design bring-up, prototyping, and product realization. Projects will primarily support Celestica’s data center and networking division. The role offers exposure to project activities from management through manufacturing while developing core engineering skills as a design team member. The position is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Duties are performed in a normal office environment and may involve occasional travel. The stated salary range is $65,000–$75,000 USD per year, base salary only; a comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range. The position may involve work subject to ITAR or other restricted-access requirements, and an employment offer is conditional on successfully completing a security assessment.
