About The Position

ClassLink is seeking a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented Engagement Manager to develop and nurture relationships with school district leaders, optimize their technical offerings, and drive ongoing product adoption. The role involves understanding school partner priorities, monitoring account health, and ensuring readiness for renewal and expansion. This position emphasizes delivering outstanding service, driving adoption, and fostering long-term engagement with ClassLink's platform. The Engagement Manager will collaborate with internal teams to refine engagement strategies and serve as an expert consultant on best practices for using ClassLink products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in relationship building, service-oriented, flexible, and a self-starter with a passion for improving education.

  • Candidates must be located the Dallas, Fort Worth area.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role
  • Experience as a technology leader for a district office
  • Extensive knowledge of K-12 ed-tech marketplace
  • Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Work from home and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on all ClassLink products
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance on the use and expansion of the ClassLink suite of products
  • Maintain relationships with current customers in the assigned territory including onsite meetings, phone, email, SWAG mailings etc. to increase adoption and usage of ClassLink
  • Perform all account management duties such as proactive customer outreach, annual client review meetings, quoting, renewal emails, etc.
  • Serve as the education and product expert to support customer understanding of ClassLink
  • Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink virtually and during conferences
  • Help develop positive relationships between ClassLink and influential partner organizations
  • Ensure year-over-year customer retention and assist with renewal fee negotiations as needed
  • Host regional and virtual user group events with current and prospective customers
  • Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and current customers
  • Maintain documentation for each customer internally
  • Leverage tools provided to understand customer health and intervene when needed.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and health
  • Deliver experiences that drive customer retention
