About The Position

As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic direction, performance, and growth of our property portfolio within the assigned region. We are looking for a results-driven leader with proven experience in property management, a keen understanding of asset improvement strategies, and exceptional leadership qualities.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional management role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing asset improvement strategies and achieving positive outcomes.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
In-depth knowledge of property management regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and development
