The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations, programming, and strategic direction of the HUB, with a strong emphasis on youth engagement, workforce development, and job readiness. This role integrates workforce development programming, educational programming, employment readiness, and client engagement into a cohesive service model that supports youth in achieving self-sufficiency. The Engagement Manager provides direct supervision to Workforce Development Coaches, HUB Care specialist, and Client Engagement Specialist, oversees job training and workforce initiatives, and ensures the HUB operates as a dynamic, structured, and engaging environment. This position also guides youth advocacy efforts, including Youth Action Board (YAB) engagement, and builds strong community partnerships to expand opportunities for clients.
