About The Position

ADNET Technologies, a New Charter company, is hiring an Engagement Manager to join our growing Client Engagement team. In this role, you'll be the face of ADNET for a portfolio of business clients — identifying new opportunities, deepening existing partnerships, and driving strategic growth across our managed IT services offerings. This is a high-impact, client-facing position for someone who thrives at the intersection of consultative sales, account management, and technology.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in technology, IT services, or a related field
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-suite and business owners
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (pipeline management, forecasting, account documentation)
  • Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a bias for action
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for travel to client sites

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a technology-related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying client needs, uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and building a strong referral network within the business community
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio by developing trusted relationships with key decision-makers and technology stakeholders
  • Execute a consultative sales approach — understanding client business goals and aligning ADNET's technology solutions to help them get there
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined daily and weekly activity management, pipeline forecasting, and strategic account planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Service Delivery, FPA, and vendor/partner networks) to deliver exceptional client experiences and timely project execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including account notes, meeting summaries, pipeline data, and forecasts
  • Represent ADNET at marketing and community events to drive registrations, strengthen brand presence, and convert prospects into clients
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies that impact client strategy
  • Participate in Sandler Sales Coaching to continuously sharpen your sales skills and methodology
