About The Position

Goodera is seeking an experienced, hands-on Engagement Manager to own and grow relationships with large global companies (Fortune 500 enterprises with 100,000+ employees). This role is not a traditional account-management or desk job. The Engagement Manager will serve as the senior face of these accounts, advising clients, strategizing programs, and managing on-the-ground execution of events. The role requires close collaboration with Goodera's global delivery teams, including Operations, Supply, Content, and host teams, to ensure engagements are successful. The work involves a blend of relationship-building, program strategy, and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in engagement management, enterprise account management, client success, strategy, consulting, or a senior client-facing role, ideally with large, complex accounts in a startup setting.
  • A hands-on operator energized by on-site event execution, not solely desk-based management.
  • Proven track record of owning enterprise relationships and delivering measurable results in retention, growth, or strategic impact.
  • Natural relationship builder and storyteller with strong executive presence.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to structure concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to manage a book of business independently.
  • Comfortable being on your feet during live events, problem-solving, and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Genuine passion for social impact and bringing people together for good.
  • Experience executing events end-to-end, with the ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends on event days.
  • Schedule flexibility for a global team and client base, with occasional availability outside standard hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in CSR, employee engagement, or events.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on their social impact strategy with a senior, consultative voice.
  • Nurture long-term relationships to drive account renewal and growth.
  • Own the execution of critical on-site events, coordinating logistics and managing day-of execution.
  • Solve problems in real-time, adapt to changing plans, and ensure a great experience.
  • Serve as the senior Goodera presence in client, volunteer, and nonprofit partner interactions.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with client goals and impact ambitions.
  • Coordinate internal teams (program, operations, supply, content, host) for large-scale volunteering events.
  • Maintain high standards for quality and participant experience.
  • Monitor program health and key metrics (participation, satisfaction, impact, cost efficiency).
  • Identify and resolve risks and delivery gaps with urgency and clear communication.
  • Act as the client's advocate within Goodera, providing feedback to improve the platform and processes.
  • Become a solutions and industry expert, guiding clients on best practices.
  • Develop deep familiarity with Goodera's business, infrastructure, and resources.
