About The Position
Fastwater Staffing is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex software modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program delivery, budget management, and client-facing roles, particularly within the public sector. This role requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to manage multi-team engagements with significant budgets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex software modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing multi-team engagements with budgets exceeding $3M.
- Public sector or state government project delivery experience.
- Strong experience with program delivery, scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Strong experience with SOWs, LOEs, change orders, and contract management.
- Strong experience with risk management and executive stakeholder communications.
- Strong experience with cross-functional dependency management.
- Technical understanding of application modernization, .NET migrations, cloud platforms, and database conversion projects.
- Experience serving as the primary customer-facing program lead.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card (Permanent Resident) holder ONLY.
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and a government background check (CJIS-type).
- LinkedIn profile required.
Nice To Haves
- AWS ProServe, AWS partner, or large-scale AWS transformation program experience.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
