The Engagement Manager / Head of Professional Services will own the full lifecycle of IMPEX’s service engagements, from scoping and SOW creation to delivery execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth. This is a mid-level leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structure, and wants to shape a growing Professional Services function. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure IMPEX delivers high-quality, high-value outcomes for our customers.
