As an Engagement Manager in our Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy, and the broader Life Sciences industry
- A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
- Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
- Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
- Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry
