About The Position

As an Engagement Director, you will serve as the executive leader for a portfolio of 3-5 strategic client accounts, representing more than $10 million in total revenue. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring alignment between client objectives and HSO’s business goals. You will own overall client satisfaction, retention, and reference ability across assigned accounts, acting as the executive escalation point for critical client concerns and complex issues. This role involves building and strengthening trusted relationships with client executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders, positioning HSO as a strategic advisor and long-term partner. Collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leaders, and Solution Leads is key to identifying, pursuing, and closing account expansion opportunities. Driving financial performance across assigned accounts by maintaining or exceeding profitability targets, utilization goals, and commercial objectives is crucial. You will ensure strong commercial governance through disciplined change order management and minimal non-billable leakage (less than 2.5%). Identifying opportunities to help clients achieve business growth objectives through broader adoption of Microsoft solutions and services is also a key aspect of this role. You will oversee portfolio delivery performance, ensuring engagements meet client expectations, strategic goals, quality standards, and business outcomes. This includes reviewing engagement health across financial performance, delivery quality, staffing, resource allocation, and risk management, while coaching Engagement Managers on proactive client communications, issue resolution, and mitigation strategies. Ensuring consistent application of HSO delivery methodology, governance processes, and best practices across all client engagements is expected. Finally, you will provide executive account health reporting and quarterly business reviews, contributing insights and recommendations that improve engagement performance and delivery excellence.
