Engagement Coordinator Team Lead
About The Position
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Coordinator Team Lead to join our Same Day Access department. The Engagement Coordinator Lead serves as a lead member of the Access & Engagement team while maintaining primary Engagement Coordinator responsibilities. Provides day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and operational support to ensure efficient referral management, scheduling, customer service, and access to care. Supports workflow development, quality improvement, staff training, and performance monitoring. Collaborates with leadership to identify barriers, improve referral processes, and create a positive admission experience for clients, families, referral sources, and internal stakeholders. Requirements
- High school diploma, or GED.
- Two + years of relevant admin experience.
- Proven computer skills.
- An active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a lead member of the Access & Engagement team while maintaining primary Engagement Coordinator responsibilities.
