Engagement Coaches support student enrollment and orientation, manage attendance and retention for a designated student cohort, provide academic interventions and test proctoring, support behavior management and site operations, and connect students with appropriate academic and non-academic resources. The position includes scheduled on-site work in a collaborative classroom or office setting, with possible outdoor exposure during events and occasional travel between nearby academy sites.
