The Engagement and Outreach Manager will spearhead engagement and business development strategies for a large, multi-faceted project with numerous key deliverables and significant partner relations. This role encompasses various streams of activity, including the Employer Outreach and Engagement Plan and the Relationship Management Strategies and Implementation Plan, which are crucial for creating a new business area of growth and plan expansion. The manager will lead the development and delivery of effective, long-term, high-impact engagement, outreach, and relationship management strategies, principles, and practices to ensure the success of the Plan Expansion activities. In addition, the Engagement and Outreach Manager will provide senior-level expertise, advice, and direction on engagement, outreach strategies, methodologies, and business development. They will develop and implement engagement, outreach, and business development plans aligned with strategic initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for delivering presentations to various stakeholders, including employees, employers, associations, unions, and boards, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of the project's goals.
