The Engagement and Education Manager is a strategic, relationship-driven professional who will lead and grow dynamic community education initiatives that foster wellbeing and belonging across the Jewish community and beyond. This role blends big-picture vision with hands-on execution—designing and facilitating impactful programs, building partnerships with synagogues and community organizations, and supervising a few key staff members. The ideal candidate brings experience in education, community engagement, and/or event planning; a strong foundation in inclusive, audience-centered pedagogy; and a passion for supporting individuals and families at meaningful life stages through engaging and values-driven programming. This role is based out of the JFCS Golden Valley office and will lead programs and build relationships in both the east and west metro areas. The position requires flexibility to attend agency events on some evenings and weekends.
