About The Position

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the sales team as they engage with large, well-known organizations. You will leverage data to drive insights, manage and streamline complex information, and support strategic initiatives that empower clients to make informed energy decisions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to analyze data and create clear, compelling deliverables
  • Experienced in managing CRM systems and internal platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliable reporting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively serve as a liaison between clients and supply partners
  • Highly collaborative, working cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with strong email management and professional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Sales Executives to develop winning strategies for Fortune 500 accounts with energy portfolios
  • Apply deep expertise in retail energy products to deliver strategic insights on high-value, complex deals
  • Manage contract workflows and data for multi-site, multi-state energy agreements
  • Maintain CRM platform deal flow and pipeline integrity to support accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Resolve high-priority client issues in coordination with supply partners, demonstrating strong problem-solving and industry expertise
  • Oversee renewal engagement deal flow with supply partners and initiate renewal pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain advanced data models to track market trends and forecast energy pricing for major accounts
  • Develop compelling, data-driven presentations for C-suite executives at Fortune 500 clients
