This is an inbound contact center role focused on helping utility customers save money, improve their homes' energy efficiency, and contribute to climate improvement. Each customer interaction focuses on energy efficiency, and you will support multiple programs using multiple platforms. Services include customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education, tech support, online support, and status updates. Some programs utilize chat/email interactions. Personal performance data is accessible in real time.
