Key responsibilities include performing energy assessments on commercial and industrial buildings, recommending changes to building automation systems, conducting energy calculations, and writing reports. Technical tasks encompass identifying energy efficiency measures, diagnosing HVAC control issues, assessing equipment condition, estimating project costs, and conducting site visits. Effective client and customer communication through meetings, presentations, and written reports is crucial. Additional work may involve data centers, new construction verification, energy modeling (OpenStudio), custom rebate analysis, industrial new construction projects, developing regression models, and strategic energy management. The ideal candidate is passionate about energy efficiency and motivated to remove customer barriers to project implementation.
