About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Support Representatives. You'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefits, answering questions, and providing professional support throughout the enrollment process. Previous insurance experience is not required.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, client relations, call centers, military service, or sales can transfer well to this opportunity.
Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Listen to each client's needs and priorities
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally
Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
Provide ongoing service and support after enrollment
Deliver a professional, positive client experience
Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests
Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families
Manage appointments and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate digital client records
Utilize virtual communication and client-management technology
Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in every interaction
