About The Position

Northeast Air Sealing (NAS) is on a mission to make homes and buildings across New England more energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Energy Auditor to join our growing team in Bow, NH. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between fieldwork and office-based tasks, assessing energy usage in residential and commercial buildings, identifying opportunities for energy savings, and overseeing weatherization projects from audit to completion. As we grow, so will your opportunities with a clear path toward leadership roles within the company.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in energy auditing, construction management, building science, or a related field
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate job sites
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field preferred
BPI Certification (Building Performance Institute)
OSHA 30
RRP Lead Paint Certification
Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
Willingness to obtain certifications within 6 months

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive energy audits for residential and commercial properties
Identify insulation, air sealing, and energy efficiency improvement opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and accurate project cost estimates
Oversee the implementation of energy efficiency upgrades
Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and program requirements
