About The Position
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking a part-time Energy Auditor to support its building compliance practice in New York City. The work focuses on Local Law 87 and Local Law 97 projects and is flexible, project-based, and performed under the supervision of the company’s Professional Engineers. Compensation is $50.00–$100.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Hold a current CEM or CEA credential from AEE, or an ASHRAE BEAP or HBDP credential.
- Have hands-on experience performing energy audits on New York City multifamily or commercial buildings.
- Be familiar with LL87 reporting and LL97 compliance.
Nice To Haves
- A retro-commissioning credential such as CCP, CBCP, or EBCP, or similar.
