About The Position
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking a part-time Energy Auditor to support its New York City building compliance practice. The role supports Local Law 87 and Local Law 97 work on a per-project basis. Work is flexible and project-based, and is performed under the supervision of Professional Engineers. Interested candidates should send a resume.
Requirements
- Hold a current CEM or CEA certification from AEE, or an ASHRAE BEAP/HBDP credential.
- Have hands-on experience performing energy audits on New York City multifamily or commercial buildings.
- Be familiar with Local Law 87 reporting and Local Law 97 compliance.
Nice To Haves
- A retro-commissioning credential such as CCP, CBCP, EBCP, or similar.
