About The Position

This job description does not attempt to list all of the duties that are or may be performed in this position. The primary duties involve processing inbound and outbound CAA contacts, analyzing, evaluating, and addressing agency requests. The role also includes resolving or coordinating the resolution of CAA requests and issues related to pledges, payments, CIS pledge alerts, and coordination of service order activities, ensuring a balance between customer and agency needs. Collaboration with internal departments is key for tracking and resolving agency payment activities. The position requires updating and maintaining CAA profiles and adhering to local and state CAA funding sources, rules, and regulations, including administering CAA agreements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Two years of experience in a community action agency, social services and/or customer service functions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with internal and/or external customers.
  • Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Intermediate computer skills for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual, Spanish language preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Information System is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Processes inbound and outbound CAA contacts while analyzing, evaluating and addressing agency requests.
  • Resolves or coordinates the resolution of CAA requests and issues involving pledges, payments, CIS pledge alerts and coordination of service order activities. Assures that such resolutions balance the needs of the customer and the needs of the agency.
  • Collaborates directly with internal departments and business units to track and resolve agency payment activities.
  • Updates and maintains CAA profiles.
  • Adheres to local and state CAA funding sources, rules and regulations. Administers CAA agreements.
