Account Analyst - Energy Efficiency

About The Position

The Energy Account Analyst will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in the greater Little Rock and surrounding areas. This role offers exposure to various energy efficiency projects and contributes to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff.

Requirements

Work or academic experience in Energy Efficiency or Business
Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Based in central Arkansas

Nice To Haves

Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency in Arkansas
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Responsibilities

Perform desktop QA/QC to validate technical project data for weekly processing, ensuring compliance with requirements and process controls
Conduct market research on various energy efficiency technologies including measure adoption, saturation, feasibility, etc.
Support the reporting team to assemble and provide reports, presentations and database management using many MS Office programs along with industry-specific software tools.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote and represent the program offerings
Stay informed on industry news, updates, and trends.
