About The Position

ECS is seeking an Endpoint Management Technician [Legacy MECM] - Journeyman to support enterprise IT operations for the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS Task 4 contract. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 4 — Enterprise Operations Support — provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
  • Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management within DoD or Federal environments
  • Experience with MECM, Intune, Linux, and hybrid device environments
  • Proven ability to validate patch compliance and manage remediation timelines
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for device configuration issues
  • Experience supporting endpoint security posture reporting

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain endpoint configuration baselines across diverse environments.
  • Deploy patches and distribute software to ensure system compliance and security.
  • Monitor compliance and support remediation efforts to meet DoD standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device configuration issues efficiently.
  • Document corrective actions and maintain detailed records of security posture.
  • Support the reporting process for endpoint security and compliance status.
  • Ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity policies and configuration management standards.
  • Optimize operational performance of endpoint systems.
