As a member of CIBC’s Enterprise Endpoint Compute team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the configuration and automated deployment of Windows operating systems and applications for endpoints. You’ll provide advanced Windows support in day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and remediating operating system configuration and deployment-related issues. You’ll analyze and resolve Windows OS and application issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and support endpoint provisioning and upgrades. You’ll participate in technical incident bridges, coordinate efforts across teams, and communicate technical issues using executive-level language when required. You’ll analyze incident history and operational trends to determine actionable insights and improvements. You’ll contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable endpoint environment across the enterprise. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
