About The Position

This role is for an Endpoint Engineer with proven, hands-on experience who has delivered results in other organizations. The ideal candidate is a strong practitioner with real-world expertise and is a self-starter capable of assessing the organization and developing improvement plans. The primary responsibilities include ownership of the Lenovo fleet, driver and BIOS management strategy, Intune application packaging and deployment, Windows Autopilot enrollment and provisioning, Nexthink adoption and monitoring, Qualys vulnerability management, AVD endpoint integration and troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle management, and handling conference room and executive endpoint escalations, as well as automating repetitive endpoint processes.
