About The Position

The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, maintaining, securing, and managing the lifecycle of end-user computing devices across the organization. The role ensures endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, reliable, and optimized to support business operations.

The position collaborates with technical teams, provides training on endpoint deployment and management, supports users and IT controls, resolves or escalates issues, and proactively monitors endpoint compliance. It contributes to IT policies and procedures and implements operating-system standards and software delivery across endpoints.

Requirements

• A+ and/or Network+ certification, or equivalent certification or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of direct technical experience.
• Technical support experience with Microsoft/M365, iOS, Azure, MDM, PC workstations, printers, Active Directory, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team, share information, and respond to communications and deliverables.
• Collaborate in assessing, planning, communicating, and implementing processes.
• Take ownership of issues, ensure deliverable accuracy, meet timelines, provide service recovery, and communicate consistently.
• Test, monitor, patch, deploy applications, and configure operating systems for user endpoints in accordance with IT policies.
• Train the Technical Services team in endpoint deployment and management.
• Resolve or escalate issues and collaborate with other teams as needed.
• Provide technical support for IT General Controls assessments and respond to issues reported by users in collaboration with IT teams.
• Proactively monitor endpoint environments and remediate devices that are not compliant.
• Contribute to IT policies and procedures concerning system access, cybersecurity, change management, computer operations, and system development.
• Maintain and patch operating systems and deliver software across multiple platforms.
• Apply technical knowledge and best practices in endpoint management and software delivery.
• Implement operating-system standards and software delivery guidelines established by IT policies across endpoints.
