About The Position

The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, security, and lifecycle management of all end-user computing devices across the organization. This role ensures endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, reliable, and optimized to support business operations.

Requirements

A+ and/or Network + or equivalent certification or experience
5+ years years direct technical experience.
Technical support with Microsoft/M365 and iOS, Azure, MDM, PC Workstations, Printers, Active Directory, Networking

Responsibilities

Attitude – Demonstrates great teamwork, shares information with others, responsive with all communications/deliverables, collaborates with the team to resolve open issues.
Communication - Collaborate in the assessment, planning, communication and the implementation of processes.
Service Delivery – Takes ownership of issues, ensures accuracy with deliverables, completes tasks according to timelines, demonstrates service recovery, and communicates in a consistent manner.
Service Management – Tests, monitors, patches, application deployment and OS configuration for user endpoints governed by IT policies.
Training - Provides training to Technical Services team for endpoint deployment and management to ensure quality, and operability of configurations.
Issue Resolution - Resolves/escalates issues and collaborate with other teams if necessary.
Support - Provides technical support in the assessment of, ITGC (Information Technology General Controls), responds to issues reported by user community and collaboration with IT teams.
Efficiency - Proactively monitors endpoint environment to identify devices that are not compliant for remediation.
Design - Contributes to the development of IT policies and procedures in areas of system access, Cybersecurity, change management, computer operations and system development.
Maintenance - Demonstrates proficiency in competency on upkeep and patching of the operating systems and software delivery on multiple platforms.
Knowledge - Demonstrates technical knowledge and best practices in the deployment of endpoint management and software delivery.
Development - Implementation of operating systems standards and software delivery using guidelines provided by the IT policies, impacting all endpoints
