Med-Care Providers is seeking passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners (APRN/FNP/AGNP) to join their rapidly expanding team. This role focuses on delivering innovative, evidence-based healthcare with a patient-centered approach. The provider will work in a collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge therapies and advanced technology, specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes Management, Weight Loss & Obesity Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Allergy & Asthma.

Requirements

Active Nevada APRN License
National Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or Adult NP)
Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
BLS Certification
Strong clinical judgment
Excellent communication skills
EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

Independently evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within the Nevada APRN scope of practice.
Manage Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, including insulin initiation/adjustment and CGM/Insulin Pump interpretation/management.
Evaluate and treat Thyroid Disorders (Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's Disease), Thyroid Nodules, Osteoporosis, Vitamin D deficiency, Metabolic Syndrome, and Dyslipidemia.
Provide Medical Weight Management, including GLP-1 Therapy (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus), Nutrition Counseling, Lifestyle Medicine, Body Composition Analysis, Exercise Counseling, and Long-Term Weight Maintenance Programs.
Evaluate and treat Environmental and Food Allergies, perform Allergy Skin Testing, and administer Allergy Immunotherapy (Allergy Shots).
Manage Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis, and provide Sinus Allergy Treatment.
Provide Men's & Women's Hormone Health services, including Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Low Testosterone Evaluation, Erectile Dysfunction, Hormone Optimization, Menopause Management, Perimenopause, PCOS Management, Sexual Health, and Hair Loss Evaluation and Treatment.
Address Thyroid-Related Hormonal Disorders.
