Requirements

Current state license and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA).
In-depth knowledge of endocrine disorders and related diagnostic and treatment modalities.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in endocrinology.

Nice To Haves

Experience working as an APP in an endocrinology setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough endocrinology-focused patient assessments and provide diagnoses based on clinical findings.
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans for individuals with endocrine disorders.
Order and interpret specialized endocrinology diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate referrals as needed.
Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records with a focus on endocrine health data within our EMR system.
Work closely with hospital staff to coordinate patient care, ensuring a seamless endocrine care experience.
