Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
About The Position
We're hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants to make a meaningful difference while building long-term relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice. You'll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness visits. You'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while collaborating with experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based environment serving diverse communities throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
- Current DEA certification
- Current BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Community health or FQHC experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto/Pushto are encouraged to apply
