About The Position

The Endocrinology division of Oklahoma Heart Institute in Tulsa, OK, is recruiting an experienced Endocrinologist to join an established, collaborative employed practice. This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, focusing on the full spectrum of endocrinology, including diabetes, dyslipidemias, thyroid, and adrenal disorders. The role involves performing thyroid ultrasounds and needle biopsies in-office, and collaborating with certified diabetes educators and a registered dietitian. There is no inpatient rotation required. The practice utilizes Epic EMR.

Requirements

• Experienced Endocrinologist
• Endocrinology and/or biopsy experience preferred
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Nice To Haves

• Thyroid ultrasound experience
• Needle biopsy experience

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of endocrinology from diabetes to dyslipidemias, to thyroid and parathyroid and adrenal disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and needle biopsies in office.
• Collaborate with diabetes education team including certified educators and registered dietician.
• Work part-time, 20 hours a week.
